01Can I request the same cleaner for regular cleans?
Absolutely. We'll match your cleaner's schedule to yours, so you can have the same familiar person looking after your home on each visit.
02Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No, we bring our own cleaning products at no extra cost. If there are particular products you prefer, we're more than happy to use yours instead.
03Do you clean up after pets?
Yes, we do! We're happy to take care of the extra cleaning that comes with having pets, including fur, feeding areas and everyday pet mess. Just let us know beforehand so we can factor this into your clean.
04How do I get a quote and book my clean?
Simply tell us about your property and the service you need. We'll review your request, send you a personalised quote and, once you're happy, you'll be able to book your clean.
